Unfinished project comparing The Troublesome Raigne with Shakespeare’s King John. The first two scenes appear side by side and the tricks of expression used by each dramatist stand out quite well. Shakespeare’s scene is longer as he takes more time with minor characters giving the actors who play them the chance to turn a minor role into a performance.
